This Shipping Policy applies to all flower arrangements, bouquets, subscriptions, gifts, and related products ordered from Monica’s Flowerdeli through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other communication channel.
By placing an order with Monica’s Flowerdeli, you agree to the shipping and delivery terms mentioned below.
Delivery Areas
Monica’s Flowerdeli delivers to selected serviceable locations. Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s address, distance, order type, delivery slot, and operational feasibility.
If an order is placed for a location that is not serviceable, we will contact the customer and may offer an alternative delivery option, rescheduling option, store pickup where available, or refund where applicable.
Delivery Timings
Orders are generally delivered between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm on the scheduled delivery date.
For same-day orders, customised orders, event orders, subscriptions, or special delivery requests, delivery timing may vary based on preparation time, route planning, traffic, weather, recipient availability, and operational conditions.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver on the requested date. However, exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed unless a specific paid delivery slot or special delivery arrangement has been confirmed in advance.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and serviceable locations, subject to flower availability, order timing, preparation capacity, and delivery feasibility.
Same-day delivery orders cannot usually be cancelled, modified, or refunded once flowers have been sourced, prepared, or dispatched.
Additional delivery charges may apply for same-day, urgent, special, or extended-distance deliveries.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may vary depending on location, distance, delivery timing, order value, same-day request, special delivery requirement, or re-delivery attempt.
Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before order confirmation wherever possible.
Delivery charges are generally non-refundable once delivery has been attempted or completed.
Customer and Recipient Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including:
- Recipient name
- Complete delivery address
- Landmark, tower, flat number, or floor details where applicable
- Recipient phone number
- Preferred delivery date
- Any special delivery instructions
Monica’s Flowerdeli will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information provided by the customer.
Address Confirmation
We may contact the customer or recipient to confirm address details, delivery instructions, or recipient availability.
If we are unable to reach the customer or recipient, delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, or marked as attempted depending on the situation.
Recipient Unavailability
Customers are requested to ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.
If the recipient is unavailable, the premises are locked, entry is restricted, the recipient refuses delivery, or delivery cannot be completed for reasons beyond our control, the order may still be treated as attempted.
Because flowers are perishable, refunds will not be provided in such cases. Any re-delivery may attract additional charges.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and we are unable to complete delivery or contact the customer or recipient for clarification, the order may still be charged due to the perishable nature of flowers.
If a new delivery address is provided after dispatch, re-routing or re-delivery may be possible only at Monica’s Flowerdeli’s discretion and may attract additional charges.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, traffic disruptions, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, local restrictions, security checks, civil disturbance, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, Monica’s Flowerdeli will make reasonable efforts to complete or re-attempt delivery as early as possible.
We will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Product Handling During Delivery
Fresh flowers are delicate and perishable. Monica’s Flowerdeli takes reasonable care in packing and handling arrangements during delivery.
Customers are requested to inspect the product upon receipt. If the flowers are damaged in transit or appear to be of poor quality, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs for verification.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of flowers.
Subscriptions
For subscription deliveries, flowers will be delivered as per the agreed schedule and serviceable location.
Any request to pause, resume, reschedule, or change the delivery address for a subscription should ideally be shared at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Late requests may not be possible to accommodate if flowers have already been planned, sourced, or prepared.
Proof of Delivery
Where required, Monica’s Flowerdeli may use call confirmation, WhatsApp confirmation, delivery partner update, photo confirmation, recipient acknowledgement, or other reasonable methods as proof of delivery or attempted delivery.
